Should it be a "suspension of disbelief" or "take it with a grain of salt" philosophy?
The claim by the person bringing the suit is of course inclusive of the idea that Red Bull doesn't enhance performance (hope it's not just that it doesn't "give wings").
How "to the letter" should slogans be?
