I have a brother who is a State cop in a dangerous state, Dad was career military as was I. If a cop tells you do something, shut your mouth and do it. I believe they have to assume the worst case scenario is going to occur so that is understandable. If you haven't done anything it'll work out. Respect the law. The Sharptons and Jacksons are a big problem, always have been, and continue to be so, but their pocketbook gets fuller by doing so.
Women will never be equal to men until they can walk down the street with a bald head and a beer gut , and still think they're sexy.
Whether or not I agree with the actions of a police officer... or any other form of authority, to disrespect them, would be engaging in acts of anarchy... we have enough chaos in our society as it is. I choose to enjoy the thought that there are people out there that are trying to look after my well being as well as that of those I care about.... I can either support them in that... or say "screw you... I don't care" ... I choose the former.. not the latter.
My brother is an officer, so all that's been going on really hits home for me. What they do is not an easy job, and they risk their lives every time they suit up and go to work. They deserve nothing but the utmost respect. Now I know there are some officers who do abuse their authority, but for the most part, I believe there are more good cops than bad ones. They do exactly what they have to in order to protect the people in the community. I am proud to be the sister of one of those brave police officers.
