Goals: Got a hilly Century ride in late April to get ready for, and need to evict Mr Cookie and Mrs Fudge who took up residence on my waist this winter. Plan: sweat and pedal.
I need to pick back up on the swimming, which I've let go over the winter (a moment of WHINE , the pool was so cold during the winter months)!
And I'm starting to walk the neighborhood with the kiddos now that it's getting warmer.

I swim twice a week, do yoga twice a week and do aerobics two or three times a week. I also walk whenever possible. I put too much weight on and decided to do something about it. I've lost 56 pounds and more importantly kept it off. I've followed Slimming World for two years and last year was Woman of the Year for my group. It feels so great to be active, its really really worth the hard work.
Thank you. It feels so great and I appreciate it every day. Today at work there was a tiny space left which I managed to squeeze my car into and managed to get out of my car with ease. I could have never done that before. Being trim and toned is sexy and it feels great.
Last year I signed up to a 5k run which I managed to do easily so this year I've gone for the 10k one. Perhaps one day I'll do the marathon.
