Who does dance, aerobics, yoga, Samba, cheerleading etc etc as exercise here?
I love dancing and could dance all night. I also do Kundalini Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and aerobics. I love working out to a pumping beat and I love the Ibiza dance tunes. Have tried a bit of Cheerleading dancercise but its real hard work.
Just interested if there are any other Gym goers here?
